Nelhob Invasion-Chris Bohlen
For this assignment "creating a certain mood" I decided to attach a shader to my robot to give him a little bit of character and then duplicating him to create an army. The backdrop is an image of a city that has just experienced an attack (attached to a polygon plane). I made it appear as if this little platoon of robots are the ones responsible for this particular attack. Kinda makes me think of a cuter version of "The Terminator." One of the cool things I find with Maya is that if you do not have time to build it you can always rely on faking it. I also added a little bit of depth of field to the robots (not in Maya) in Photoshop CS4 by simply blurring them out with the "Blur tool."
